Hi, I’m Ivonne Melanie Denkinger, Nutrition Scientist and founder of NutriScion, based in Co. Kerry, Ireland. I provide expert medical writing services, scientific consulting, and scientific communication for medical nutrition companies and healthcare brands in Ireland and internationally.

With a degree in Nutrition Sciences and over 20 years of experience in academia and the healthcare and medical nutrition industry, I specialise in clinical nutrition, medical communications, and evidence-based scientific content development. During my career, I often encountered marketing and educational materials created by agencies without specialised nutrition expertise, which can lead to errors or misrepresentation of scientific data.

My mission with NutriScion is to help companies communicate complex nutrition science accurately, clearly, and professionally.
I create high-quality, evidence-based content to support regulatory, clinical, and educational needs. My international clients, including industry leaders in medical nutrition and nutritional ingredients, appreciate the combination of scientific rigour and practical industry experience that I offer.
